Support & bug reports
If something doesn’t work as expected, it helps a lot if you include:
- Which game or page you were using (Classic Sudoku, Flipudoku, Home, etc.).
- Your device and browser (for example “Android 14 • Chrome” or “iPhone • Safari”).
- What you were trying to do, and what went wrong.
- A screenshot or short description of what you see on screen.
You can just write this in your e-mail in your own words.
Other enquiries
You can use the same e-mail address for:
- Feedback about puzzle difficulty or game design.
- Ideas for new puzzle modes or daily challenges.
- Business, media, or collaboration enquiries.
We’re not currently hiring and can’t promise to build every feature request, but we do appreciate all messages.
